All orders are shipped using Fedex or UPS with a tracking number service.

For domestic orders please allow 1- 3 days to arrive after shipping date. All domestic orders are shipped via fedex which includes tracking.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders, please allow 3-14 days to arrive + additional time might be needed according to customs processing.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not Lace boho dresses. Please make sure you are aware of the fees that may apply in your country. If you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes, you should contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Wedding dresses:

Due to the nature of our made-to-order wedding dresses process, all gowns are FINAL SALE. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine production fault. In the rare event that you stumble upon issues regarding the your gown, please reach out to as at lacebohodresses@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Additional Guidelines,

All dresses ordered according to your own measurements are non-refundable.
All dresses on sale or with discount are non-refundable.
Sample dresses are non-refundable.
Rush order fees are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are never refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns are NOT accepted on custom orders or items with design customizations.

CANCELLATION

You may request a cancellation within 1 days of purchase.

It does't apply to rush orders. Often we start working on rush orders right after it was placed, to meet your date line.
